2. AI-generated outputs
Our AI features generate responses using machine-learning models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or fabricated ("hallucinated"). AI outputs are not verified facts and are not professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and deciding whether to rely on any AI output. Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions that could cause harm or legal, financial or health consequences.

Testing services and reports identify issues within an agreed scope, time and environment. They do not guarantee that a product is bug-free, secure, compliant or fit for release. The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites and providers (e.g. PayU, Google, AI model providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Cehpoint Card and payments
The Cehpoint Card is a members' service-credit facility usable within the Cehpoint ecosystem and partner network. It is not a bank card, credit card issued by a bank, ATM card or cash instrument, and Cehpoint is not a bank or a regulated financial institution. Payments are processed by third-party gateways under their terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cehpoint will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services, information or AI outputs, including indirect or consequential losses. Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. This Disclaimer is subject to the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
