Role Overview & Operational Scope
Autonomous agents require vigilant operational supervision. As an Agent Operations Intern, you will be on the front lines of production reliability—analyzing agent telemetry, investigating stuck loops, and fine-tuning guardrails to ensure flawless commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities & Production Deliverables
- Monitor daily production agent workflows and triage runtime execution exceptions.
- Analyze telemetry traces to identify frequent tool failure patterns and context overflow issues.
- Test and refine input/output safety guardrails against malicious or malformed inputs.
- Collaborate with developers to file detailed, reproducible bug reports with full conversation traces.
- Maintain system operational logs and draft weekly reliability summaries.
Mandatory Foundational Knowledge
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
- Understanding of web APIs, JSON data, and client-server architecture.
- Familiarity with command line environments and log inspection.
Mandatory Practical Skills & Architecture
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting instincts.
- Clear written technical communication for incident reporting.
- Comfortable navigating developer dashboards and debugging tools.

5-Day Live Technical Evaluation Milestone
5-Day Practical Milestone: Analyze a provided 100-trace agent execution log, identify the top 3 systemic failure modes, and author a remediation report with recommended guardrail updates (strictly 5 working days).
Institutional Hiring Protocol: Candidates who pass initial resume screening are invited to a live, practical evaluation milestone spanning strictly not more than 5 working days. Verifiable completion and code audit by your assigned senior engineering mentor is the sole prerequisite for official corporate offer letter issuance.
