Role Overview & Operational Scope
Learn the craft of agent engineering from the ground up. You will learn how to break complex developer workflows into atomic agent skills, author standardized `skill.md` instructions, and write deterministic automated tests.
Key Responsibilities & Production Deliverables
- Write and format structured `skill.md` definitions following strict specification frontmatter schemas.
- Build lightweight Node.js or Python helper scripts for agent tool execution.
- Test agent tool calling performance and document failure modes and retry protocols.
- Maintain version-controlled skill libraries and assist in packaging open-source releases.
- Participate in daily engineering standups and collaborative code pairing.
Mandatory Foundational Knowledge
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) or Python.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON data serialization, and HTTP request lifecycles.
- Familiarity with Markdown syntax, regular expressions, and Git branching.
Mandatory Practical Skills & Architecture
- Ability to write clean scripts that interact with public web APIs.
- Attention to detail in formatting, linting, and error handling.
- Comfortable running CLI commands in Linux / macOS / WSL environments.
Problem Solving, Execution Rigor & Curiosity
- Passion for developer tooling, automation, and AI pair-programming.
- Desire to build open-source tools that other developers rely upon.
- Enthusiastic attitude toward continuous learning and technical feedback.
5-Day Live Technical Evaluation Milestone
5-Day Practical Milestone: Package 2 complete, working skill.md tool modules with automated test suites and error-handling docs (strictly 5 working days). Successful validation triggers PPO review.

Verifiable completion and code audit by your assigned senior engineering mentor is the sole prerequisite for official corporate offer letter issuance.
