Customer Success Agreement – Terms & conditions

Your success is our success. Following is the simple understanding between Cehpoint and customers to help both succeed.

• In case a student/client is not satisfied with the delivery of course/service, the maximum amount refundable is limited to the course/service fee. Cehpoint is not responsible for consequential losses.
• Refunds or credit notes are only claimable within one week of payment.

Only for Classroom

Cehpoint follows a Bring Your Own Laptop policy. This is both environment and user friendly.

Only for Online Class

Cehpoint offers live online affordable cyber security training & for below 18 age students we have some additional offers we offer Online free coding & Cyber safety  classes, But after joining our community student’s parents  need to consult with us .

Fees and Taxes

You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a valid payment method that is accepted by the Company in its sole discretion.

You shall only access the Company Products for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the Company Products.
